This means that you're going to spend quite a bit of time chasing. This kemono prefers to take the fight in the air and with range. While the Golden Tempest is located in Akikure Canyon, the Emberplume is located in the Spirit Isles. After witnessing the battle between the two ferocious kemonos, Suzuran will ask you to hunt the two of them as the fire and devastation that comes from them presents a great danger for Minato.
After you've finished the Restoration of Minato series of quests, a small cutscene involving Golden Tempest and the Emberplume will play out.
